What to include

- Itinerary – brief day-by-day or summary (cities, activities)
- Accommodation – where you will stay
- Funding – who pays (yourself or sponsor) and that you have sufficient funds
- Ties to home – job, family, property; you will return
Tone
- Clear, factual, and concise. One to two pages is enough.
- Match dates and names to your other documents (invitation, leave letter, bank statements).
