You may attend meetings, conferences, or negotiate. You cannot work or be paid by a Singapore entity without the right pass.

- Letter from your employer – role, purpose of visit, dates, return
- Invitation from Singapore host – company name, contact, meeting purpose and dates
- Proof of funds – who pays; bank statements, employment letter
- Travel itinerary – dates, accommodation
- Ties to home – job, family
