14-day refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or within 14 days of your first subscription charge. To request a refund, contact us at support@visaevidence.com with the email used for your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
After 14 days from the purchase or first charge, we do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges.
What this covers
This refund policy applies to all paid products: subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Premium, Unlimited) and one-time purchases (pay-per-letter, document bundle, Concierge). The free plan does not involve payment; no refunds apply.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via our payment provider. Cancellation stops future charges.
